Departure around 10.00 am from the harbour of La Spezia, 50 meters from the Cruise Terminal, cross the gulf of La Spezia, to reach the enchanting Portovenere, along the canal near the Palmaria island, turning behind the beautiful church of San Pietro to discover of Byron’s cave. Continue along the coast of Tramonti up to the red rocks, here the first stop for swimming, continue through the 5 villages until you reach Cannetto, a small bay already inside the protected marine area of the 5 villages. another stop for a swim under the waterfall surmounted by the railway bridge. Some snacks to eat like focaccia (the typical food in this region) and drinks and we start again to exploration and relaxation in the Marine Protected Area of the Cinque Terre Park. View of the five villages from the sea, from Riomaggiore, under the path of love, till to Monterosso, here we stop for about an hour on land. We leave Monterosso around 3:00 pm to go back to the port of La Spezia around 5:00 pm.
In case of uncertain weather conditions, the skipper is authorized to change the itinerary and sail in the picturesque Gulf of Poets (instead of along the Cinque Terre Coast).
